Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions "Potboiler Connect": Refers to the agency providing business marketing and consultation services. "Services": Refers to all offerings provided by Potboiler Connect, including but not limited to marketing strategies, consultation, and other related services. "Client" or "You": Refers to the individual or entity engaging Potboiler Connects services.

2. Scope of Services Potboiler Connect offers marketing consultancy and support tailored to each client’s business objectives. The scope of work will be detailed in a mutually agreed-upon contract.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in accordance with the invoice issued. Late payments may incur a penalty after 7 days. Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment.

4. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential unless required by law or explicitly authorized by the other party.

5. Intellectual Property Potboiler Connect retains ownership of all templates, processes, and methodologies developed during the service delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Liability Potboiler Connect will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

7. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with within 30 business days written notice.
